| The Watchman Alliance has good reason to
believe that we may be able to substantially reduce your company's gas
bill. We have a proven product, so we're willing to put our time and money
on the line and we'll do it risk free for you. |
| Here's how it works.... |
- Simply authorize this agreement, and supply us with
copies of your past fuel and water bills (from Jan. l999 to the present)
at time of inspection.

- Using state-of-the-art testing equipment, we will do
draft, combustion and thermal efficiency tests and analyses on all
furnaces, water heaters and boilers in your facility. We'll provide you
a written report of our findings, with an estimate of the achievable
monthly savings.

- If we find an application for our draft technology,
we'll install it and tune your equipment, all at our expense.

- At this point you have two
options:
- PLAN # 1 Split the savings 50/50 for 10
years, and then purchase all units for $1.00 each. You have the option
to purchase the units outright after one year, by taking the monthly
savings X 36 months.
- Offers you an immediate savings with no out of
pocket expense!
- We guarantee the EDR units for 10 years beyond
date of purchase.
- We require the first (1st) and last month
estimated savings.
- PLAN # 2 Buy it outright, and we'll provide
a written guarantee that you'll receive all your investment back in 48
months or less! Outright purchase price is based on 36 months of
estimated savings.
